The facilities provided for the guests of the residence include an airy solarium terrace, overlooking the garden with a breath-taking view of the nearby Alps, furnished with sunbeds and beach-umbrellas. Dedicated to our younger guests, but not only, a bright recreation room with table tennis, table football, board games, children’s toys and a billiards table. Baby-sitting services can be arranged upon request by contacting the concierge. The residents also have access to a bright and spacious laundry room equipped with coin-operated washer-dryers and to an underground parking lot which can accommodate ninety cars.
